We would like to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. At ACE Office Machines, we try to present you with enough information on our products so that you can make an informed purchasing decision.
Please understand, not all Manufacturers' return policies are the same. Some will allow for a 30 day return, some don't. Policies and rules vary, so please contact us ahead of time if you have a question about the policy of a certain manufacturer or specific products. We will spend as much time on the phone as possible making sure you are comfortable before you make your purchase.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you order a product that is shipped "free freight" we credit for the original price, minus restocking as well as the original shipping charge we paid to ship the order to you. Free Freight is only free if you keep the product. If we ship the wrong product, there is no restocking fee or return shipping charges. If your product arrives defective, and this is verified by us or the manufacturer, you will not be charged restocking. Again, please note, not all manufacturers adhere to the same policies and some will not allow the return of a defective product, they require the unit to be repaired. So please contact us on the front end and we will gladly go over this with you.
If you refuse your order there is a 20% restocking fee as well as shipping both ways. The shipping company charges to bring it to you as well as back to us so the credit will reflect that.
All returns MUST have the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the return label (not the box). Returns recieved with no RA# will be refused and returned to you. You must request an RA# prior to returning a product. Requests for returns can should be sent to: email@example.com
. All Returns must be returned in original box with all original contents including packing material. Please include your order # as well as the reason for return. We will make our best effort to get back to you within 2-4 hours during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Requests for Returns must be made within 14 days from date of order.
If your order arrives with apparent damage to the outside of the packaging, please refuse as damaged to the delivery person and contact us the same day. We realize that sometimes products arrive damaged and the outside of the packaging doesn't show signs of obvious damage. When that happens please call us within 2 business days of reciept so we can file our damage claim with the shipper.
